I’m a big fan of pulled pork, and have eaten a fair bit of it in the past. This is up there with some of the best from BBQ restaurants I’ve visited in Texas! It’s really easy to reheat (read the instructions, don’t make the mistake of automatically cutting open the pouch it comes in, you’re supposed to heat that in a pan of water!), and is great in a bun, on a frankfurter, on its own – whatever. It isn’t overly sweet, and is very tender having clearly been slowly cooked. Delicious!
