Just like the majority of our products these are precooked. Just heat up on the BBQ or grill for a few minutes and you will have some juicy big ribs to devour. In a generous pack of 6 there will be plenty to go around. So fire up the BBQ and get grilling.

How to Cook and Store Our Spare Ribs
7 to 8 minutes from chilled – defrost for 24 hours in the fridge to get best results.
BBQ/Grill: The easiest way to cook the ribs is on any BBQ. Just place them on top of the grill and cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes each side and carefully flip them over (checking in between). Once both sides are browned, take them off the BBQ and let them rest under a cover for about 1-2 minutes for the meat juices to settle.
Pan Fry: add veg/cooking oil or butter to a frying pan, heat up and place the pork ribs inside, brown off on both sides for about 3 minutes on a medium heat.
Oven Cook: preheat oven to 210 degrees and cook from frozen for 7 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
These ribs are 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.
