Take the already delicious breaded crispy pork fillet. Add in the sweet and creamy gouda cheese plus some slightly smoked boiled ham. And we have an outstanding Corbon Bleu Pork Schnitzel that tastes sensational.

Cooked to Perfection

Easy to prepare, you can cook our Corbon Bleu Pork Schnitzel in the oven, in a frying pan or in a deep-fat fryer. Whichever way you decide to cook your German schnitzel, the rich, meaty flavour of our high-quality pork shines through and compliments a wide range of sides, salads, condiments and drinks. Cooked in butter or oil, you can bring the flavour out of the dish with a couple of grinds of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.

How to Cook and Store Our Cordon Bleu Pork Schnitzel

Cooking instructions

Deep Fry: deep-fry frozen product at approx. 160 °C oil temperature until the desired degree of browning and a core temperature of 72 °C, allow the product to rest for several minutes.

Oven Cook: preheat the oven (160 °C), place a frozen Cordon Bleu into the oven and heat approx. 18 min.

Shelf life

When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.


The cordon bleu is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.

    We just had the Cordon Bleus and they taste like I used to make them in Germany. Schnitzel is very tender, seasoning is perfect. Just put these in the pre-heated oven, wait 20 minutes – eat and smile. Super easy and yummy. It would be nice Sausageman could offer these in a bigger value pack.

    A really nice, quick evening meal – it reminds me of holidays in the Black Forest where schnitzel (in various forms) was on virtually every restaurant menu! This is a really tasty product, generous portions, nicely seasoned, and I will definitely be buying again!
