An homage to the traditional Cumberland sausage. This Cumberland-Style Bratwurst is a German take on the British breakfast sausage classic.
Inspired by the Cumbrian Classic
The ingredients of this Cumberland Style Bratwurst are inspired by the classic breakfast sausage from Cumbria. Richly spiced with a hot mustard kick. Weighing in at 110g per sausage, at 18cm each, we think these Brats make excellent eating in the morning.
Precooked for Your Convenience
As with most of the sausages in our range, the Cumberland Style Bratwurst is precooked for your convenience. This makes it a great choice for quick preparation, and (once defrosted) you can eat these sausages hot or cold.
These Cumberland Style Bratwursts are not tightly curled like their namesakes. This means you can still serve them in a bun like a hot dog. The Cumberland Style Bratwurst is more than just a great breakfast sausage. It’s an excellent choice for snacking and tea time too.

Cooking instructions & storage
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within 3 to 5 days.
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.
5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.
Grill, Griddle, Oven, Microwave, Bain Marie, Steamer, Deep and Shallow Fry.
