Description
Our delicious Frankfurter Würstchen (meaning little sausage), packs some serious flavour and the casing gives it the perfect snap when you bite into it. Excellent value for money and perfect accompaniments to meals as well as being the perfect kids party hot dog.
We suggest heating in hot water (not boiling) for 8 minutes them instead of pan frying, so the skin won’t burst.

Pork (88%), bacon, drinking water, nitrite pickling salt (table salt, preservative: E250), sugar, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, stabilisers: E450; antioxidants: E 300; natural sheep casing, smoke.

Product handling
Cooking times
5 – 8 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.
Cooking instructions
Grill, Griddle, Oven, Microwave, Bain Marie, Steamer, Deep and Shallow Fry.
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
Safety
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.
