Frikadellen – German giant meatballs, also known as a Frikadelle, are bigger and flatter than a traditional meatball. They are often seen by some as a German burger. However, these mixed Pork meatballs are seasoned with onion and spices to make beautiful tasting patties with real presence on a plate!
Our Pork Burger are even flatter than you would get them in Germany, but they have the same full flavour taste! And as everyone here in the UK loves burgers as much as sausages, we made it flatter so it can be used in a burger. Never tried a pork burger? You should!

Pork 80%, fat, bread (WHEAT FLOUR, BARLEY MALT, yeast, rapeseed oil, malt, table salt) 11%, drinking water, EGG, onions, dextrose, table salt, spice extracts, spices, natural flavour, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, emulsifier: mono- & didlycerides of fatty acids, stablizer: diphosphates.

For best results cook in a pan with butter for 6 minutes. BBQ and oven cook for 12 minutes.
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
