Gourmet Angus Burgers Ready in Minutes
Just heat up on the BBQ or grill for a few minutes once defrosted, and you’ll have some juicy Black Angus Beef Burgers ready to devour. You can also cook from frozen if needed – just check out the cooking instructions below. At 200g each, sold in packs of two, there will certainly be plenty to fill your bun!

How to Cook and Store Your Black Angus Burgers
Cooking times
6 minutes when defrosted. 20 minutes from frozen.
Cooking instructions
BBQ/Grill: The easiest way to cook the burger is on any BBQ. Just place them on top of the grill and cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes each side and carefully flip them over (checking in between). Once both sides are browned, take them off the BBQ and let them rest under a cover for about 1-2 minutes for the meat juices to settle.
Oven Cook: Preheat the oven (180°C/160°C fan assisted), place the frozen burgers on a tray and heat for around 20 minutes.
Pan Fry: Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes each side.
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 3 days. Once opened, use the products immediately.
Safety
Please cook until 75°C core temperature.
We love to make our burgers juicy and pink inside for ourselves. But if you do so too, you do it at your own risk – we need to advise you against it.
