Gourmet Wiener Schnitzel Ready in Minutes
For best results shallow fry in a pan from frozen using the instructions below. These Gourmet Wiener Schnitzel have been sous-vide to part-cook and lock in the juicy flavour before being frozen. This means that you simply need to heat them through to get them browned and ready to enjoy.

Veal Kaiser content 70%, crumb: BREAD (WHEAT FLOUR, water, table salt, yeast, rapeseed oil), WHOLE EGG, drinking water, table salt.
Contains GLUTEN (WHEAT FLOUR) and EGG.

How to Cook and Store Your Gourmet Weiner Schnitzel
4-5 minutes pan fry. 10-12 minutes oven cook.
Pan Fry: Add oil (or heat resistant butter/fat) to the pan. Heat at medium temperature. Fry the Weiner Schnitzel from frozen in the pan for around 4-5 minutes until golden brown on each side. When it floats slightly in the oil you know it’s ready to eat.
Oven Cook: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the schnitzel for 10-12 minutes from frozen.
When goods are received, please check they are still frozen and store in freezer immediately. If partially defrosted upon arrival we would recommend that you refrigerate, cook and eat these products within 24 hours – do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
The burgers are part cooked, so will need to be heated through fully before serving. For best results cook from frozen and deep or shallow fry.
