Lamb Steak Burgers Ready in Minutes
Just heat up on the BBQ or grill for a few minutes once defrosted, and you’ll have some juicy Lamb Burgers ready to devour. You can also cook from frozen if needed – just check out the cooking instructions below. At 200g each, sold in packs of two, there will certainly be plenty to fill your bun!

How to Cook and Store Our Lamb Steak Burgers XXL
6 to 8 minutes when defrosted. 20 minutes from frozen.
BBQ/Grill: The easiest way to cook the burger is on any BBQ. Just place them on top of the grill and cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes each side and carefully flip them over (checking in between). Once both sides are browned, take them off the BBQ and let them rest under a cover for about 1-2 minutes for the meat juices to settle.
Oven Cook: Preheat the oven (140 °C), place the frozen burgers on a tray and heat for around 20 minutes.
Pan Fry: Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes each side.
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
The burgers are not precooked, so will need to be heated through fully before serving. Though you are able to cook from frozen, we would always recommend defrosting uncooked products fully before cooking. For best results, thaw gradually in the fridge for 24 hours before cooking.
