This wheat sourdough bread is a very special bread: It is made in a long-term process. The dough matures overnight and can develop its full taste.
Luftikus has a mild taste, has a long shelf life, crispy on the outside – juicy on the inside.
The organic bread is made with mild wheat sourdough and only 0.5% yeast and still has large pores. How it works remains our secret!

Cooking instructions & storage
No need to heat, just thaw and serve. If you would like to warm your bread a little before eating, we recommend defrosting it fully and popping it in the oven at around 170°C/150°C (fan) for 10 to 15 mins. You can also cut slices off a frozen loaf, please do this carefully, and pop directly in the toaster for a few minutes.
