Try a Organic German multigrain mixed rye and wheat bread (Hüttenbrot: hut bread) from our famous German producer. Arrived at a cozy mountain hut on a sunny autumn day on a hike through Germanys beautiful Sauerland. Our triangular-shaped hut bread should remind of this.

A mixture of sun-ripened wheat and rye grown on sandy soil forms the basic structure for our bread. The finest oat flakes, juicy pumpkin seeds, crunchy sunflower seeds and golden-yellow sesame are roasted and added to the batter, creating a roasted, nutty aroma. A successful combination of a crunchy, roasted crust with the sour, malty flavors from the crumb.

Ideal for a snack as a companion to rustic sausage and cold cuts, tastes great with a freshly tapped Pils from the Sauerland. Have fun enjoying yourself and your wellbeing!

The hut bread is a particularly rich multi-grain bread. It is baked in a special triangular shape – so the moisture is retained as it can hardly escape. That makes the bread particularly juicy. Try it and you will get hooked!
