Frikadellen is a German staple, they are called German meatballs but are visibly bigger and flatter than a traditional meatball. Hence why we also refer to them as burgers. And these Pork burgers are no different, filled with all the herbs and spices of a traditional Frikadellen. Pop in a Burger bun and enjoy these BBQ sensations.

Cooked to Perfection in Minutes

Just like the majority of The Sausage Man range, these burgers are precooked. Just heat up on the BBQ or grill for a few minutes and you will have some juicy pork frikadellen’s ready to devour. So fire up the BBQ and get grilling.

How to Cook and Store Our Pork Burgers

Cooking times

6 minutes when defrosted. 20 minutes from frozen.

Cooking instructions

BBQ/Grill: The easiest way to cook the burger is on any BBQ. Just place them on top of the grill and cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes each side and carefully flip them over (checking in between). Once both sides are browned, take them off the BBQ and let them rest under a cover for about 1-2 minutes for the meat juices to settle.

Over Cook: Preheat the oven (140 °C), place the frozen burgers on a tray and heat for approx. 20 minutes

Pan Fry: Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes each side

Shelf life

When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.


The burgers are 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.
