Description

Try a Pork Schnitzel XXL from The Sausage Man for your next Germany-inspired dinner at home with your friends and family. Our huge 250g pork schnitzels consist of a pork loin cutlet, which has been seasoned, flattened, flavoured and breaded for a delicious savoury treat at any time of the day. Our crispy breaded cutlets are succulent, beautifully seasoned and perfect for lunch or dinner with a side of chips, salad or sauerkraut.

Easy to prepare, you can cook our Pork Schnitzel XXL in the oven, in a frying pan or in a deep-fat fryer. Whichever way you decide to cook your German schnitzel, the rich, meaty flavour of our high-quality pork shines through and compliments a wide range of sides, salads, condiments and drinks. Cooked in butter or oil, you can bring the flavour out of the dish with a couple of grinds of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.

If you want to take your German-inspired dinner to the next level, serve your pork schnitzel with a dollop of Wild-Preisselbeeren (Lingonberry) Sauce for a tried-and-tested flavour combination that is already widely popular on the continent. If you need some more inspiration, you can find some more schnitzel recipes from Germany to North Macedonia here at Wikipedia.

that’s what I call a proper Schnitzel. It’s huge and so tasty. Cook it with a lot of ghee or butter and a little oil in a large enough pan. It takes about 3 minutes each side on high heat. Together with Sausagemans Bratkartoffeln it’s a dish for 2 very hungry people done in under 10 minutes…

These are as good as any I’ve had in Munich on my numerous Oktoberfest trips. Best cooked in the oven with a little oil and served with saute potatoes and salad.

Cooked in the oven with a splash of olive oil, really nice and reminded me of being back in Munich, lovely with a glass of hefe weissbier and some fried potatoes!

I cooked these in the oven, as I they were too big to fit into my large frying pan! They tasted really nice, proper meat rather than reformed. Handy for a quick and easy meal.
