that’s what I call a proper Schnitzel. It’s huge and so tasty. Cook it with a lot of ghee or butter and a little oil in a large enough pan. It takes about 3 minutes each side on high heat. Together with Sausagemans Bratkartoffeln it’s a dish for 2 very hungry people done in under 10 minutes…

These are as good as any I’ve had in Munich on my numerous Oktoberfest trips. Best cooked in the oven with a little oil and served with saute potatoes and salad.

Cooked in the oven with a splash of olive oil, really nice and reminded me of being back in Munich, lovely with a glass of hefe weissbier and some fried potatoes!

I cooked these in the oven, as I they were too big to fit into my large frying pan! They tasted really nice, proper meat rather than reformed. Handy for a quick and easy meal.
