Huge 250g pork schnitzels – a pork loin cutlet (the salmon cut). Seasoned, flattened, flavoured and breaded. This crispy breadcrumb coated cutlet has a beautiful taste and a real treat at any mealtime.
Simple to prepare, the full pork flavour shines through to compliment a range of sides and accompaniments. We like to cook them in a lot of ghee (clarified butter) and season them with a little salt and lemon juice.

Pork meat liquid seasoned 74%, (92% pork meat, water, iodized salt(salt, potassium iodate), spice, dextrose), breading (WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT starch, salt spices, whole EGG*), rapeseed oil

Preparation – Frying Pan: Fry the deep-frozen schnitzel in hot oil at medium heat for approx. 6-8 minutes while turning regularly.
Preparation – Fryer: Fry the deep-frozen schnitzel for approx. 4-5 minutes in hot-oil at 170°C.
Preparation – Oven:Heat up the frozen schnitzel in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approx. 20-23 minutes.
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve.
