Simple to prepare, the full pork flavour shines through to compliment a range of sides and accompaniments. We like to cook them in a lot of ghee (clarified butter) and season them with a little salt and lemon juice.

- Frying Pan: Fry the deep-frozen schnitzel in hot oil at medium heat for approx. 6-8 minutes while turning regularly.
- Fryer: Fry the deep-frozen schnitzel for approx. 4-5 minutes in hot-oil at 170°C.
- Oven: Heat up the frozen schnitzel in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approx. 20-23 minutes.
Shelf life & Safety
Our Schnitzel are part-cooked products. This means they should not be refrozen once they have defrosted. Once Schnitzel has reached a chilled temperature, you are advised to consume them within 24 hours.
