Description

Huge 250g pork schnitzels – a pork loin cutlet (the salmon cut). Seasoned, flattened, flavoured and breaded. These crispy breadcrumb coated cutlets have a beautiful taste and are a real treat at any mealtime.

Simple to prepare, the full pork flavour shines through to compliment a range of sides and accompaniments. We like to cook them in a lot of ghee (clarified butter) and season them with a little salt and lemon juice.

The latest trend in German restaurants is to serve Pork Schnitzel with Wild-Preisselbeeren (Lingonberry) Sauce, for a fantastic flavour combination that is worth a try.
