Precooked German Meals
“Rinderbraten” translates to “Roast Beef” from German, and this dish is a perfect example of traditional German cooking. Roasted until tender and served in a rich Burgundy sauce, this rinderbraten is some of the best we’ve tasted outside of Germany.
Great paired with Potato Gratin
In homage to the traditional French roots of this German roast beef dish, we partnered ours with potato gratin and found it to be a perfect combination. It will also go perfectly with other types of potatoes, be that roasted, mashed or fried. And to top it off and a helping of Puszta Salat served on the side!
Heat & Serve
This German Roast Beef comes from The Sausage Man frozen. However, it is precooked and ready to reheat at your convenience. Just a couple of minutes on the hob after defrosting is all that’s required, and it can be reheated in the microwave or oven too! Rinderbraten is the ideal comfort food as the nights grow colder, and would make a perfect Sunday lunch as well.

How To Store Rinderbraten
Just heat and serve.
Pan, Oven, Microwave, Bain Marie.
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using.
After defrosting keep chilled at max +4C and use within 12 days and within 3 days of opening, whichever is sooner.
