With that in mind, anyone who has been to an Oktoberfest-inspired event in the UK may have tried – and enjoyed – this dish already. We source our meat directly from German Master Butchers, so you can be sure that you’ll get the same great taste at home as you did when you tried it at a local Oktoberfest event.
Our German roast pork knuckle is easy to prepare!
This tasty Bavarian classic comes from The Sausage Man precooked for your convenience, so all you need to do is reheat it and serve. We like our German Pork Knuckle on a bed of traditional Schlachtekraut (German Butcher’s Cabbage), and a side of Bratkartoffeln (German Fried Potatoes).

How to cook and store roast pork knuckle
The Pork Knuckles are fully cooked and seasoned.
For best result: pre heat the oven to about 220 degrees and place product in a roasting dish, cook for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Please note that because this is an “on the bone” product, the meat around the bone can remain quite pink even after cooking. It is perfectly safe to eat it this way but, if you would prefer it more well done at the centre, you can cook it for another 30 minutes.
Keep turning the pork knuckle occasionally and in the last 15 min turn skin side up to achieve a crispy crackling on the skin.
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
