We have one featured cocktail within this apples and pears pick. Obviously it is the Up the Apples & Pears, a cockney classic. And you can use the Blackcurrant Brandy to create your own cockney drink.

Included in our German Spirits Cocktail Kit:

• 100ml Mozer’s Apple Liqueur
• 100ml Mozer’s Williams Christ Pear Brandy
• 100ml Mozer’s Blackcurrant Brandy

To make the Up the Apples & Pears you will need:

• 40ml Mozer’s Williams Christ Brandy
• 20ml Mozer’s Apple Liqueur
• 20ml Apple Juice
• 30ml Lime Juice
• 20ml Honey, Cinnamon & vanilla water
• 2 cm sq pieces ginger
