Sausage casing is not intended for consumption.

We have ordered the Wildschwein Salami because we grew up with having hunters and butchers in our families and it’s hard to get your hands on products like this in the UK. This product is not only sourced in the area we grew up (we didn’t know that) it is also absolutely delicious and brings back memories from home.
Can’t recommend it enough. If you like boar and salami you should really give this a try!
