They’re known for the high quality of their methods and their youngest son just finished his education as a bread sommelier with awards.
Organic German onion bread – a great taste every time
Our German sourdough onion bread is made using organic grain and organic raw materials. The ingredients used are GMO free and are not treated using microwaves or ionizing radiation. The family of organic bakers who produce our bread use yeast, sourdough or baking ferment to loosen the dough. This results in a delightful loose crumb and a loaf that stays fresh for longer.
Enjoy our sourdough onion bread on its own with butter or lightly toasted. It also pairs beautifully with cheeses and salami.

Cooking instructions & storage
No need to heat, just thaw and serve. If you would like to warm your bread a little before eating, we recommend defrosting it fully and popping it in the oven at around 170°C/150°C (fan) for 10 to 15 mins. You can also cut slices off a frozen loaf, please do this carefully, and pop directly in the toaster for a few minutes.
