Crack your eggs into a bowl and give them a good whisk. Add a pinch of salt. Melt the butter in a pan on low then add in the eggs. Stir occasionally until scrambled.
Shallow fry the Krakauer Bacon Frankfurter in a pan for a few minutes until they are slightly brown and crispy. Once cooked slice in half.
Deep fry the potato puffs until they are crispy and golden on the outside.
Now it's time to fill the wrap. Place one half of the Krakauer in the middle of the wrap. Layer up the rest of the ingredients; guacamole, salsa, cheese, Potato Puffs. Topped with the scrambled eggs and a few leaves of spinach. Close up the wrap.
Pop the filled wrap into a frying pan to crisp the outside. Around 2-3 minutes each side. Serve and enjoy!
