Curry Ketchup: a Traditional Sauce
Curry Ketchup – also known as Currygewürzketchup – is a sauce that can be commonly found in Germany, Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands. It is a variant of regular ketchup (spiced ketchup) and served as the basis of the famous currywurst dish. Sometimes people sprinkle curry powder on top of the curry ketchup which adds a great touch of colour to the currywurst dish.
