Ingredients
- 25ml Mozer’s Hazelnut Cream Liqueur
- 25ml Mozer’s Hazelnut Spirit
- 15ml Martinique Rum
- 4 Triangles of Frozen Pineapple
- Juice from Half a Lime
- 2 Heaped Bar Spoons of Coco Lopez
Method
Blended.
Vessel
Pineapple Tiki glass.
Garnish
Garnish with dehydrated pineapple slice, pineapple leaf, edible flower.
Ice
Freeze hazelnuts in ice nest and colour with grenadine. Crushed ice on top for garnishing.
