Christmas is the busiest time of year for many companies, and we do our best to ensure you get your delivery when you expect it. We advise to order as in advance as possible to ensure you get your delivery in good time. As you will be aware The Sausage Man uses 3rd party couriers, these couriers will be extremely busy. We are advising all customers ordering sausages for the Christmas and New Year period to order week commencing Monday 11th December, as early in the week as possible.
Order Before 11th December
In order to make sure you recieve your goods ahead of Christmas we strongly recommend ordering the week commencing 11th December. Although we will be operating a delivery service between Monday 18th and Thursday 21st December, our couriers will be extremely busy, and this will be very limited. As such, they do not guarantee next day delivery. The Sausage Man UK recommends that you read our full terms and conditions on 3rd party couriers.
There is no minimum order amount
- Free delivery on orders over £65
- Order value: £0 – £19.99: Low volume charge is £14.95
- Order value: £20.00 – £39.99: Low volume charge is £9.95
- Order value: £40.00 – £64.99: Low volume charge is £6.95

At present we deliver to mainland UK only, excluding parts of the Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland. We hope to extend our delivery service in the near future, to include all areas within reach of 24 hour express. Please enter your postcode at checkout to see if we are currently able to serve your region.
Please note that we do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays, so any orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will be fulfilled from the first working day after the break. We advise that you order early to make sure you get your delivery in time for the Bank Holiday weekend if required. Saturday deliveries on Bank Holiday weekends will not usually be effected, unless the Bank Holiday falls on a Friday.
Please inform us if you did not receive your parcel as expected. The insulated packaging will usually keep your food frozen for 48 hours but, in rare cases and in warm conditions, the delivery may no longer be appropriate for consumption. In circumstances like these we are usually happy to provide an exchange or refund without any hassle. We only can do this, if we hear from you in a timely manner. So, please help us minimize food wastage and get in touch as soon as you can!
Someone must be available to take delivery of your item wherever possible. We use a signed for or safe place system. We cannot be held responsible for any parcel that has gone missing after someone has not been available to sign for it during the delivery window. We take no responsibility for any parcel left in your specified safe place, should it go missing after delivery. Please note that a bin is not a safe place.
Once an order has already been processed and packed, we are unable to add forgotten items to an order without increasing the delivery cost to you.
You can choose a delivery date up to 30 days in advance. This is perfect when ordering for birthdays, parties and special events. Below you can find the standard delivery times offered by our courier company.
