Gluten-free isn’t just a dietary trend—it’s a necessity for millions. Approximately 1 in 100 people worldwide have celiac disease, (Source: Celiac Disease Foundation) an autoimmune condition where gluten consumption can cause serious health complications. Many others experience gluten sensitivity that can lead to uncomfortable symptoms.
Maintaining a gluten-free diet often means carefully selecting ingredients and modifying traditional recipes. However, it doesn’t have to mean sacrificing flavour or missing out on favourite dishes.
