These are not as soft or tasty as the brioche rolls but they don’t fall apart as easily so they are better for the larger sausages.

The bun selection has been the only slight negative from my orders so far. The size is good for the sausages but I prefer a softer american style bun texture. They were much better when I steamed them but the flavor was just ok. They did stand up pretty well toasted and used for sloppy joes but probably wouldn’t order again.
