Vienna sausages, typically called “wieners” in Germany, are one of Europe’s favourite Frankfurters. Produced using spiced ham, their smokiness means they’re very similar to traditional North American hot dogs! They are slightly longer and thinner than American dogs, with a lighter casing, and taste just as delicious when served with mustard and ketchup.

How to Cook and Store Vienna Sausages
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
Safety
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.
Cooking times
5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.

Having been to Vienna a few times and loving the sausages, we were missing them, so when we found the sausage man we were extremely happy.
We had one when the delivery came and froze a few. The flavour was still the same and they defrosted and cooked perfectly. These are my new favourites. Will be ordering these on a regular basis

Another great sausage. Had this one for breakfast and it was complemented nicely with some smoked back bacon and eggs. Reviewing these sausages is getting hard as I cant find fault with any of the produce I’ve ordered from sausage man.
