How to Cook and Store Our Signature Pork Breakfast Sausage
Cooking times
5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.
Cooking instructions
Grill, Griddle, Oven, Deep and Shallow Fry (just to brown the sausage).
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
Safety
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.

Really tasty and just the right size to pop on a crusty roll or brioche bun. Probably even better from the BBQ but the grill had to do. Not too salty like some bratwurst you can get but nicely flavoured. The only surprise was that there was quite a bit of water in the bag after defrosting but they didn’t shrink much and tasted great.
