How to Cook and Store Our Mini Beef Sausages
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
Safety
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.
Cooking times
5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.

I served these and the same sized pork mini frankfurter as part of a sharing platter, along with pickles, some sauces, and garlic bread and they went down a treat. Very tasty and enjoyed by all.

Served these the same way as I served the mini pork frankfurters, with a poached egg and some sauerkraut, I can’t decide on a favourite between the two, but both they are lovely.
