Black Forest Ham a delicious cured piece of smoked ham, produced from the Black Forest region in Germany. With unmistakable spicy and aromatic fir wood smoke smell, unique flavour and typical black colour makes this ham a pure delicacy.

Prepared to perfection, the Black Forest Ham can take up to 3 months to be ready. Going through seasoning, curing, smoking and finally airing. You are then left with a delicious smoky ham filled the brim with flavour. Even better we have pre-sliced this for you, so you can eat the ham as soon as it arrives, well once you have defrosted it of course.

The Black Forest Ham is ready to use. Simply open the pack and serve.
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 16 days. Once opened, use the products within a 3 days.
