Many people don’t find the thought of white sausages very appealing, but they taste amazing! Serve these top quality Weisswurst typical Bavarian style in boiling water, then on your plate slice the whole sausage lengthways and push the meat off the skin, then eat with sweet mustard – fantastic!

Ever since I first tasted Weisswurst in Munich 30 years ago I have been craving it and hunting for it in shops in the UK and online and NOW for the first time I have found it and I can tell you, I am in heaven! I’m having it for my breakfast for the first tie since I was lucky enough to go to the Oktoberfest last year. All it took was an order online and within 24 hours it was here. Of course I need the sweet Bavarian mustard and the brezn to go with it but The Sausage Man provide the lot!! This is so wonderful. You’ve made my day and so much more The Sausage Man. I promise you have a new regular customer! Dang šee ‘Geid’s god!!!

I always eat these weisswurst at least once whenever I go to Oktoberfest. I had these with some sauerkraut and pickles and a glass of festbier (which i buy from a webshop in Germany) and they tasted every bit as good as the ones I remember.
