5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen
Cooking instructions
Traditionally heated in hot – not cooking – water. Also Bain Marie, Steamer.
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.

Delicious eaten warm with sweet Bavarian mustard , pretzel and wiessbeir. One of my favourite meals to eat in a bavarian Pub, sat outside under a chestnut tree.

I’m from Munich and was delighted to find fresh Weisswust here. I recently ordered some and was very disappointed. It’s nothing like a Weisswurst. Not surprised it is recommended to grill them even (you’d never do that with a Weisswurst. It would tear apart). I also miss the traditional flavours and texture. Maybe it is because these are pre-cooked?
Either way, they ended up in the bin.
