Excellent pretzels – a couple of minutes in the grill/oven helps crisp up the surface, whilst the insides are wonderfully chewy. An absolute must-have.

Forget the biscuity things that you buy in supermarkets. These are the real thing. The texture is similar to a bagel and the salty finish really makes a difference. We made a homemade cheese sauce and had a couple of these pretzels with it and they were a wonderful accompaniment.
