Description
Giant Chilli Beef Frankfurter
Summer barbeques and family get-togethers are all about the guilt-free pleasures of eating a bit too much and being with the ones you love. Go big or go home, that’s what we say. In that spirit, we bring you one of our largest sausages with the Chilli Beef Giant Frankfurter 28cm!
New York Style Chilli Dogs
This chilli sausage from The Sausage Man fuses the sausage traditions of New York-style ‘Chilli Dogs’ and traditional Frankfurters. The all-beef giant chilli frankfurter has fiery chilli flakes running through the entire 28cm, giving it a heat that grows with every bite. The heat from the chilli is warming and delicious without being overpowering.
Versatile Sausage
Want to try something a bit special? Chef Philli Armitage-Mattin has developed a fantastic Asian/German fusion dish using these tasty Chilli Beef Franks. See the Korean Kogo video below, and get the full recipe here!

These are great dogs, a beef version of the South African chilli Russian, once cooked, your first bite is a crisp snap of the real casings, then your mouth is met with a delicate spice and lovely beef of this dog, after a few more bites it warms the mouth without being overkill, definitely getting these again awesome

These are amazing. They have a spice that builds as you eat it. Its almost like a stronger merguez flavour. Great on a BBQ with the brioche rolls.

These have a great taste but for me they are too spicy. I would say they are about as hot as a medium spiced Indian dish, and I don’t like anything hotter than a mild.
