The Lüttje Pinkel sausage is a delicious Northern German specialty. A sausage specifically designed to accompany the hearty Ammerländer Grünkohl (kale) dish. Combining pork, bacon, onions and oat groats, creates a delicious smoked sausage to accompany the winter nights. In Northern Germany the Lüttje Pinkel is always with with kale. No questions asked. How to serve your Lüttje Pinkel

Boil the Pinkel in water once, then simmer for about 20 minutes just before the boiling point. Then serve them hot beside the Grünkohl and let yourselves be comforted by the warmth of this hearty dish.

Great with Grünkohl and potatoes

The classic Grünkohl meal is served with delicious the Lüttje Pinkel and also Lüttje Mettenden sausages. As a side dish the Germans traditionally top it off with some hearty potatoes.
