Vienna sausages, typically called “wieners” in Germany, are one of Europe’s favourite Frankfurters. Produced using spiced ham, their smokiness means they’re very similar to traditional North American hot dogs! They are slightly longer and thinner than American dogs, with a lighter casing, and taste just as delicious when served with mustard and ketchup.

How to Cook and Store Vienna Sausages
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
Safety
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.

5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.

My absolute favourite from The Sausage Man. Delicious flavour and the casting/meat textures are spot on. Cooked slowly and indirect on a BBQ and you’ll have the neighbours knocking down fence panels to get in. My only advice is to always buy one more packet than you intended.

For me, this is the best natural casing hot dog I’ve tried on sausageman. My no 1 choice so far are the skinless beef hotdogs but if you want natural casings these are very very good and the second best hotdogs on this website at least in my humble opinion.
