Pfälzer Wurst 16cm NEW
Pfälzer Wurst are delicious hearty sausage, a perfect blend of both pork and beef as you can tell by the marbled affect with the sausage, with a few extra spices added in to give you a traditional German wurst with a more intense taste.
Bavarian Product
Originated in the Upper Palatinate region the Pfälzer Wurst has a slightly coarser texture to the rest of our sausages. However, this regional speciality is heartly delicious and it really is a game changer.
Great For Grilling
As with all of our sausages these are pre-cooked and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Cooking and Storing Our Pfälzer Wurst
Cooking times
5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.
Cooking instructions
Grill, Griddle, Oven, Microwave, Bain Marie, Steamer, Deep and Shallow Fry.
Shelf life
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
Safety
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.
