How to Cook and Store Your Krakauer Bacon Frankfurter
Cooking times
5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.
Cooking instructions
Grill, Griddle, Oven, Microwave, Bain Marie, Steamer, Deep and Shallow Fry.
Shelf life
Please note – new 16cm packs arrive chilled, rather than frozen, and are suitable for home freezing upon delivery. When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
Safety
The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.

Oh man, I adore these sausages 😋
I was so pleased to see that TSM sells them as I’d been on the hunt for this particular variety since I had one from a stall on a platform at Cologne train station. They are just so tasty and juicy and they have that delicious ‘snap’ of skin as you bite into them. I’ve grilled them on both the BBQ and inside on a griddle pan. I even put a couple in our air fryer and that worked too! What’s not to like?

As much as we enjoy the gourmet sausages, this Krakauer Bacon Frankfurter is still our favorite. A nice smokey flavor and crispy skin.

if you died and went to heaven, these are the frankfurters that would be served there… amazing taste and texture, great on the BBQ (make sure it’s not too hot so as to damage them!) an absolute treat, and everyone enjoyed them… second order coming up
