Cured and slightly smoked, this brined & cured Kassler Ham is similar to a British Gammon.
Our product is 100% filler and gluten free.
Pork, drinking water, nitrite pickling salt (table salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), dextrose, antioxidants: sodium isoascorbate, stabiliser: diphosphates; smoke.

Cooking instructions & storage
Do not eat raw!
Defrost and treat as a roasting joint.
Oven 200C, Fan 200C, Gas 7.
Cook for for 30 minutes, then reduce to 180C/Gas 4/fan 160C for the remaining time.
Calculate total cooking time for approx. 45 minutes per 600g, plus 40 minutes braising
Once browned after approx 35 min and depending on desired colour, treat like a roasting joint and cover up with aluminium foil or lid.
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days.
Once opened, use the products within a few days.
