How to Cook and Store Our Wagyu XXL Steak Burger
6 minutes when defrosted. 20 minutes from frozen.
BBQ/Grill: The easiest way to cook the burger is on any BBQ. Just place them on top of the grill and cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes each side and carefully flip them over (checking in between). Once both sides are browned, take them off the BBQ and let them rest under a cover for about 1-2 minutes for the meat juices to settle.
Over Cook: Preheat the oven (140 °C), place the frozen burgers on a tray and heat for approx. 20 minutes
Pan Fry: Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes each side
When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 3 days. Once opened, use the products immediately.
Please cook until 75°C core temperature.
